Acupuncture Services

Acupuncture has been used and studied in Asia and around the world for over 2,500 years. It consists of the placement of very fine single-use sterilized stainless steel filiform needles throughout the body to remove blockages and stimulate healing.

Many people seek acupuncture for a variety of reasons including physical and emotional traumas and injuries, allergies, colds, fertility, pain, insomnia, anxiety, stress, depression, fatigue, headaches, TMJ (Temporal Mandibular Joint) issues, addictions and skin issues.

I work with people to help create a healthier and happier life, reduce stress, increase energy, and reach their health goals. Individualized treatment plans include acupuncture, Chinese herbs, cupping, Gua Sha, moxibustion, food recommendations and Qi Gong.

A single treatment can yield short term benefits, but for optimal results patients should consider receiving a series of 1-2 treatments per week according to the treatment plan of your acupuncturist. Please note it can take several weekly visits to work on chronic conditions.
